Climate tech company Altruistiq helps the world's largest companies to make their impact on the climate transparent and measurable.
As a design partner, we worked closely with internal teams to further develop both the product and the brand. By acting along as a regular sparring partner, we brought consistency to brand, product and communication. We monitored quality, made adjustments where necessary and gave strategic advice so that Altruistiq could grow without sacrificing recognition or trust.

“The way they think and collaborate sets them apart. Excelling in agile engagement with startups is a rare skill, going far beyond just delivering well-conceived designs.”
We revised the existing branding to better match Altruistiq's growth and maturity. By sharpening the positioning and making the tone more accessible and consistent, a brand was created that communicates on the right wavelength to convince decision makers.

The translation of the brand to the SaaS website made it possible to immediately show what the product actually means to the target group. By focusing on use cases and clear explanations, the website is in line with the reality of the sector and shows early in the customer journey what value Altruistiq adds.
The use of video testimonials from leading customers played a key role in this. They give the brand authority and credibility without being insulted or falling into marketing language. This creates trust, even before someone uses the product themselves.

As part of the product team, we fully worked out how the product works at an early stage. With a clickable prototype, Altruistiq was able to convince investors to join.
By seamlessly combining branding and UX design from the start, we created an interface that is not only functional and intuitive, but is a recognisable expression of the brand.

Thanks to Saif Hameed and Satya van Heummen for their trust and inspiring conversations. And to Kendel Ruppert and Isobel Wild for the nice and often surprisingly fun weekly stand-ups. This not only made the collaboration strong, but also just a lot of fun.
