Joore, an accounting firm in Tilburg, opposes the sector's traditional practices. Rather than operating with a pyramid structure and billing as many hours as possible, they opt for a modern approach: automate what you can, do it yourself where possible, and bring in an expert for the complex stuff at a fair rate. However, this successful model was nowhere to be found in their outdated website and visual identity. Our job? To change that!

A competitive audit showed that many competitors opt for an anonymous look with lots of content but little personality. Joore stands out for its personal approach and an open culture. That is why we have developed a website that shows clearly and to the point what Joore stands for. The focus is on the team, both by putting faces forward and subtly showing what they do. Instead of an overload of information, we offer a concise presentation of their services and approach.
In addition, we have invested heavily on the Careers page. Joore had trouble attracting young talent, so we designed an environment that highlights both the team and the unique benefits of working at Joore. By focusing on the human side of the company, we address potential candidates in a way that suits Joore: personally, professionally and progressively.

“Working with Evers + de Gier was a truly enjoyable experience. They translated our brand strategy into a distinctive visual identity with great precision. They push hard enough to get the best results, but know exactly when to back off. And they have a great no-nonsense, get-things-done mentality.”

To complete the story, we refreshed Joore's visual identity. The last major change to their brand was decades ago, so we've modernized the word image. It still feels familiar, but now has a contemporary look. This ensures that Joore stands out from the competition while remaining reliable and accessible. With a sleek and fresh look, the identity is now perfectly in line with their modern approach, and is also easier to read as a sponsor at sports clubs such as Willem II and Hockeyclub Tilburg.
