We helped Zigzag design the app as an in-house design team for 18 months. In biweekly sprints, we made the app a little better each time, through design choices based on analytics and interviews with users.

We also made sure that the happy branding (by Dentsu Creative) was felt in every corner of the app.

After an intensive collaboration with the Zigzag team, we launched the new app to great success. In a highly competitive market, Zigzag became App of the Day in the UK App Store and grew into the #1 puppy training app in the UK, now surpassing 1 million downloads. Most importantly: we helped create an unforgettable bond between countless puppies and their owners.
