We helped Zigzag design the app as an in-house design team for 18 months. In biweekly sprints, we made the app a little better each time, through design choices based on analytics and interviews with users.

After an intensive collaboration with the Zigzag team, we launched the new app with great success. In a highly competitive market, Zigzag became App of the Day multiple times. The app is experiencing constant growth, with now more than 10,000 downloads per month. And most importantly, we helped create an unforgettable bond between countless puppies and their owners.
