How urban sports complex NV80 is ableto touch a new generation of athletes

An urban sports complex requires more than just a nice logo. NV80 moves to the rhythm of young people playing street football, dancing, freerunning or hanging out with each other. That energy requires an identity that breathes what happens there every day: moving, learning, failing, trying again.

The growth of NV80 made visible what was missing. The old look felt distant from a target group that is looking for proximity. Young people do not want a sports center, but a club. Something you want to belong to. Something you wear, literally and figuratively.
We have combined the familiarity of a sports club with the rawness of urban sports. A distinct palette, great typography, lots of images where young people are at the center. No fuss, but a visual language with character. The designs went back to the young people themselves. Their response was immediate. No nuance, no doubt. This is NV80.

The new website continues that line. Not a brochure with some info, but a digital translation of the sports complex itself. You'll see what you can do and you can participate right away. Simple structure, direct images and a tone that doesn't explain but invites. That's all this target group needs.
NV80 now feels like the sports club that young people want to attend. Thanks Bart van Weren and Laurent Roeland for the great cooperation.
