Evers + de Gier is looking for a Digital Designer (32–40 hrs)

You are involved from start to finish. From the first idea to the moment something goes live. You ensure that the result is not only beautiful, but also works well.

You work together in a small team of experienced designers and strategists. You discuss ideas, ask questions, give and receive feedback. In all projects, you work closely with your colleagues, always with the same goal: to create work that we can be proud of.

You work on websites and digital products for organizations that value quality. From startups and non-profits to international corporates in various sectors.

What you're going to do

• Translating strategic input into digital designs that convince functionally and emotionally
• Designing websites and digital products in Figma, from wireframe to hand-off
• Where possible, build websites in Webflow or Framer (not required)
• Collaborate with (brand) strategists, designers and developers
• Contribute ideas about interaction, flow and content (and execution!)

This will probably suit you if you

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a digital designer
• And you are an absolute expert in Figma
• Bonus points if you can build in Webflow and/or Framer
• Have an affinity with branding and its application in digital products
• Likes to geek on design details like typography and interaction
• You can make choices independently and in consultation and substantiate them, give and receive feedback
• Fluent in Dutch and fluent in English at a professional level
• Experience with motion design is an advantage
