At Evers + de Gier, we are looking for a digital designer who can convert ideas and strategy into digital designs that are visually strong and functionally well thought-out. And who understands how to actually get it live. If you have experience with Webflow or Framer (or other no-code tools), that's a big plus.

You are involved from start to finish. From the first idea to the moment something goes live. You ensure that the result is not only beautiful, but also works well. You work together in a small team of experienced designers and strategists. You discuss ideas, ask questions, give and receive feedback. In all projects, you work closely with your colleagues, always with the same goal: to create work that we can be proud of. You work on websites and digital products for organizations that value quality. From startups and non-profits to international corporates in various sectors.

What you're going to do

Translating strategic input into digital designs that are functional and emotionally convincing
Designing websites and digital products in Figma, from wireframe to hand-off
Where possible, build websites in Webflow or Framer (not required)
Collaborate with (brand) strategists, designers and developers
Bringing in ideas about interaction, flow and content (and execution!)

This is right for you if you

Have at least 3 years of experience as a digital designer
And you are an absolute expert in Figma
Have an affinity with branding and its application in digital products
Likes design details such as typography and interaction
Can make and substantiate choices independently and in consultation, give and receive feedback
Fluent in Dutch and English at a professional level
Experience in Webflow/Framer is a plus
Experience with motion design is a plus
