
Helpdesk Digitale Zorg is an initiative with the mission to make the digital care experience as easy and accessible as possible for users. They are the point of contact for all technical and non-medical questions regarding healthcare applications, such as HuisartsDichtbij, MedGemak or Uw Zorg Online. We had the honor to shape this valuable initiative, resulting in a friendly and accessible appearance and a user-friendly help desk.



How can we develop a brand that embodies everything they do: “We're here to help you” After a thorough analysis of what Helpdesk Digitale Zorg can and should offer to be valuable to the target group, we have developed a brand with a clear logo that can be used clearly and widely at a glance.
The main carrier of the brand is the digital help desk. To make the helpdesk fit well with the target group, we continuously tested it with potential users and fine-tuned it. As a result, the digital help desk effectively helps users with all their digital care needs, so that the organization is experienced as reliable and helpful. This resulted in a brand that is clear and consistent in all touchpoints and does what it promises.
